I wanted to share with you a crafting inspiration that happened when two gals get together for coffee. My dear friend is an elementary school teacher and she thought it would be fun to create a shirt that said “Teacher Bear”. So, I thought it would be a fun experience to put those MAD art skills to the test.(LOL— if you knew me, you would know that I cannot draw to save my LIFE, however I am always open to creative adventures).
Here are two ideas that I came up with:
My friend picked the first design. I scanned the pic into my printer and converted it into a jpeg. Then next step was to convert the file but I was having major computer issues, so my FaceBook buddy Paul, from The Laughing Professor.Net was so sweet and helped me out.
When you get a chance, check out his website— Paul has lots of items for sale for crafters but he also specializes in custom gift making:
Once Paul converted the “Teacher Bear” file, I uploaded into to Cricut and here is a pic of the final product:
Thank you Paul and thank you readers for reading my post and I hope that it sparks some creativity in you. And before you go, don’t forget—-it never hurts to SPOIL your teachers especially at the end of the year!!!! LOL
